As a collective group, we will open our bodies before the journey by tapping on different meridian points and going over journal prompts surrounding the energy of this specific moon, breathwork, reiki, and sound healing on and off the body. 

For an extra $15 - you can buy a flower bath to do the night after our journey to help spiritually cleanse any leftover energy.
